The controller within the meaning of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) for the FABSKILL website is Wellness Interaktiv GmbH Verlags & Mediendienste . FABSKILL is a brand of the NOCARE Group. Please direct privacy inquiries to the contact details given above.
2. General information and legal bases
We process personal data to operate this website securely and handle your inquiries. Marketing consent is not required to contact us. The relevant legal bases are:
- Article 6(1)(f) GDPR for our legitimate interest in secure and stable technical operation, error analysis and business communication with company contacts;
- Article 6(1)(b) GDPR only where you yourself are a contracting party or pre-contractual measures are carried out at your own request; merely representing a company does not establish this legal basis;
- Article 6(1)(c) GDPR where legal obligations exist, in particular commercial and tax-law retention obligations.
The current website does not include any analytics, marketing or third-party embeds requiring consent that we have integrated. If processing requires consent in future, Article 6(1)(a) GDPR is the relevant basis.
3. Hosting and technical platform
The website is delivered via the Lovable platform. Recipients of technical connection and security data are the platform provider and the infrastructure providers used for delivery. The purpose is to provide and secure the website; the legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Information from the inquiry form is transmitted via the same platform's email delivery service; there is no dedicated website database for inquiries (see Section 5).
The provider information also describes processing outside the European Economic Area. Such transfers are subject to Article 44 et seq. GDPR, in particular an applicable adequacy decision or appropriate safeguards. We confirm neither exclusive storage in the EU nor a specific transfer basis already agreed upon.
Current provider information is available in the Lovable privacy notices, the overview of sub-processors and the information on data processing agreements. This information does not replace evidence of an agreement concluded for our operation.
4. Connection, log and security data
When the site is accessed, the technical infrastructure processes data that may be necessary for delivery, security and error analysis: IP address, date and time of access, URL accessed, amount of data transferred, browser and device information, and error and security events.
The website includes technical error reporting. Runtime errors and diagnostic information may be passed to the platform provider or the development environment through existing platform interfaces. This is distinct from marketing or web analytics integrated by us.
The purpose is secure and stable operation, including troubleshooting; the legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Recipients are the platform and infrastructure providers used for hosting and diagnostics and the persons responsible for troubleshooting. Retention depends on what is necessary for operation, security and error analysis. A specific deletion period for platform logs has not been confirmed to us.
5. Inquiry form for companies
Companies can send an inquiry to FABSKILL using the employer inquiry form. After submission, the server checks the information and transmits it by email to hello@fabskill.de. Delivery is handled by the Lovable platform's email delivery service using the sender domain notify.fabskill.de. The inquiry is not stored in a website database and is not permanently kept in the browser by the application.
The form contains fields for company and contact person, business email address, optional phone number, work location, professional field, number of positions, tasks, experience and evidence, language skills, timeframe and other working conditions. In addition, the language of the website version used is transmitted as the preferred reply language, together with a randomly generated inquiry identifier from which the displayed reference number is formed. Fields marked * are required for an online inquiry; other information is voluntary. The online inquiry cannot be submitted without the mandatory information. Direct contact remains possible.
To protect against misuse and duplicate submissions, the server processes the IP address of the request to limit the number of inquiries per address, and the inquiry identifier together with a cryptographic checksum of the form entries to detect duplicate submissions. This information is held only briefly, for at most about ten minutes, in the working memory of the respective server instance and is not stored permanently. A field invisible to visitors is used to detect automated submissions. The application's error logs contain only the reference number and a technical error code, no form content, email addresses or IP addresses. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.
The purpose is to process your inquiry, answer follow-up questions and initiate business. For contact persons of a company, we base this on our legitimate interest in responding to business inquiries (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR); Article 6(1)(b) GDPR applies only if you are yourself a contracting party or request pre-contractual measures yourself. Recipients are the responsible persons at FABSKILL, the platform provider Lovable as email delivery service and the email service provider used for the hello@fabskill.de mailbox. No automatic reply email is sent and no newsletter subscription takes place. The deletion criteria in Section 6 apply to the received inquiry email; a specific retention period at the delivery service has not been confirmed to us — the provider information linked in Section 3 is authoritative.
6. Contact by email or phone
When you contact us directly via hello@fabskill.de or by phone, we process your contact and company details, message content and, where applicable, technical correspondence data to handle the matter, ask follow-up questions and initiate business relations. For company contacts, this is based on our legitimate interest in responding to business inquiries (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). Article 6(1)(b) GDPR applies only if you yourself are a contracting party or request pre-contractual measures on your own behalf.
Recipients are the responsible persons within the company and the service providers used for email or telephone communication. This correspondence is distinct from website delivery. No specific mail hosting provider is claimed here.
Contact is voluntary. Without reachable contact details or sufficient information, follow-up questions and processing may be limited or impossible. Information is deleted once processing and any subsequent business relationship are complete and no further need exists. Where correspondence is subject to statutory commercial or tax-law retention obligations, it is retained for the applicable statutory period on the basis of Article 6(1)(c) GDPR.
7. Applications from skilled workers
No application or identity documents are currently uploaded through this website. FABSKILL does not offer an application portal or candidate registration here. A separate application channel is being prepared and is not currently integrated. This privacy policy will be supplemented before an external application process or talent pool is integrated.
8. Cookies and local storage
The FABSKILL application does not use analytics or marketing cookies and does not store form entries in its own local browser database. Navigation uses the browser's session storage to restore scroll position during page navigation; this serves only website use, not profiling.
Technically necessary security mechanisms of the application, such as protection against forged requests, as well as storage or security mechanisms of the hosting provider may be used. Where they are necessary for the service expressly requested, Section 25(2) No. 2 TDDDG applies; the data protection basis for secure operation is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Mechanisms of the hosting provider cannot be determined from the application code alone.
9. Web analytics and tracking
No web analytics, tracking or marketing services such as Google Analytics or social-media pixels are integrated into the FABSKILL application code. Technical platform logs and error telemetry are described in Section 4; any further processing by the hosting platform cannot be determined from the application code alone.
The Inter font is delivered locally with the website. No font files or font stylesheets are loaded from Google Fonts.
10. Embedded content and external links
The website does not embed videos, maps or social-media content from third parties. Images and logo files are delivered as website or platform assets.
The website contains external links, for example to NOCARE Group companies, privacy information or authorities. Connections to those websites are established when you open them; their respective privacy policies apply there. Email and phone links open the corresponding application on your device.
On the Contact page, we present three professional contacts with their names, roles and portraits. This presentation serves personal business contact; it is not an automated assessment or profile analysis. The purpose and legitimate interest are to clearly present our contacts (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, unless another relevant basis applies). The information is published while those contacts are currently presented and updated or removed when changes occur.
11. Your rights
Subject to the GDPR, you have rights of access (Article 15), rectification (Article 16), erasure (Article 17), restriction of processing (Article 18) and data portability (Article 20), where applicable.
Right to object: Where we process data on the basis of Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, you may object at any time on grounds relating to your particular situation (Article 21 GDPR).
If consent is obtained in future, it may be withdrawn at any time with effect for the future.
To exercise your rights, send a message to hello@fabskill.de.
There is no automated decision-making with legal or similarly significant effects within the meaning of Article 22 GDPR in connection with this website and inquiry handling. No automated profile assessment takes place.
12. Right to complain to a supervisory authority
You have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority (Article 77 GDPR). The authority responsible for us is the State Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information Baden-Württemberg (LfDI BW): www.baden-wuerttemberg.datenschutz.de.
13. Data security
The website is delivered using HTTPS/TLS encryption; form inquiries are also transmitted to the server in encrypted form. Access to incoming inquiries and direct correspondence is limited to responsible persons. Appropriate technical and organisational measures protect against loss and unauthorised access; complete security of internet transmissions cannot be guaranteed.
14. Changes to this privacy policy
Last updated: 14 October 2026. This policy will be updated when the website or the inquiry form changes or further data processing is added. See also the Legal notice.
